OUTBREAK stage two – Risk assessment register

The OUTBREAK risk assessment register has identified hazards and risks that could compromise OUTBREAK – its organisation and products and services.

These have been categorised and assessed – on a 3-point rating scale – to determine the likelihood of level of impact. The OUTBREAK risk register allows us to take a systematic approach to risk management.
